Just wondering how to conditions are. Are they good enough for a trip before Christmas or is it not worth the money?

well depends , we cant really tell for the next month , but theyre shooting the most snow they can

already have 2 trails opened with 2 features

right on. I have a season pass so its more of the drive from toronto to there that Im worried about. I was hoping to go up this weekend but didn't think it would be good enough, but I was thinking mid week after christmas would be good.

I'm stoked cause I only have 30 minutes to drive and I can shred the whole weekend

hells yeah tremblant!!

but its lacking in snow right now. i think well be good to go by before xmas

This is some what irrelevant but I went to that mountain one day two years ago when Tremblant was really shitty. Had the best day of skiing in my life, and they only had one jump, it was so kickass.

When you're saying after christmas you mean Mid january right? Last year we had a full park on january 20ish.

And they dont give a shit about their freesking/snowboarder community, which is probably more than 50% of the people on the hill in preseason. So they throw a flat box and a rail set like poop and you have to deal with it. If they don't wake up in the future season, pretty sure mssi is about to get their ass kicked by other mountains like Bromont and Tremblant.

Ahh well if you are from toronto... Horeseshoe resort is claiming that they are opening friday with 10 features. Thats a bit better than a 6 hour drive for two.

Don't make a trip to Sauveur right now, you will be disappointed. Maybe around mid-january it'll be worth a trip to Avila.. Eastcoast weather and mssi are really letting me down.
