Heyo!

I am looking at printing (2'x3') this for a friend of mine who really liked it, but am struggling severely with photoshopping the black shape out of the background, working around out of focus hair is something i just cant do... any tips?

o

Do you think it is okay with the shape?

It distracts me from the subject, but maybe it is just me...

personally I don't find it too distracting. Not really sure how to work around the out of focus hair (not a photoshop wizard sadly). Best of luck to you

it looks easy enough to do using the clone stamp tool. once you use the clone stamp tool use the blur tool to make sure that it isnt obvious. you are lucky that the background is out of focus and grey so you wont notice it too much once you are done

also the hair has a nice white border between it and the black shape that you can use when using the clone stamp tool to make sure that you dont go over the hair too much

its going to be time consuming, but not overly difficult

also dont forget to use the smudge tool after using the clone stamp, then blur

do you think it needs it?
