What kind of shoes do you wear generally?

How long do you ski with the footbed in? It took me a week of pain to adjust to my footbeds. By the end of the first three days I couldn't even walk after I got out my boots

Which have you tried so far? Have they been custom or off the shelf? If they were custom who was making them?
Not all footbeds will help every foot. This is especially true with pre shaped options.
But a well made custom footbed made by someone with some good knowledge should not hurt.
Why type of pain are you experiencing and is it the same exact pain on all the footbeds you have tried?
