your so arrogent its amazing. the posts that have been said of mine, no matter the level of crudeness, have been effective in stating my point. you are just almost a joke. ive gathered from this that you think that skiing is all about knowing about real skiing, which is skiing the big mountains, and that everything else is pretty much inferior. your comments amuse me. your a joke. its like your in a country club, sitting and saying that existence is only truly perfect if you are living here. expression, art, raw enjoyment, those things that others, happy others, live for, is what is undeniable. and your saying that it is benearth you. that you have to be a real skiier. a real skiier. there is no way saying that could make you sound like your opinion has ever really been valued. you are outnumbered. its why when in america, when 10 percent of the people had 90 percent of the wealth, that our govenment was messed up like no other, and from that came the middle class. the middle class in this situation is anyone out there having their fun. in the sport that we are all talking about. skiing.. you're bringing up a dead issue. you arent superior at all. that is my point, my argument. in the words of the wiggers at school "dont front".

And don't blame me. People take post count into question far too much around here. I mean, read that last post. The kid is flipping out, he sounds like he's in grade 9, and he hasn't understood a word I've said this entire time. How is that my fault? It isn't. And I certainly didn't start it... I just keep explaining that I think all skiing is skiing, and that people should strive to be well rounded. I think the argument is over now, anyway.

And yes, a "real" big mountain ski is how I'd describe it... and how several other reviewers have decribed it. Armada is moving into the hardcore big mountain ski market. It'd be useless to most people here. The "actual skiers" comment at the time wasn't meant to be serious, but the guy from Ontario (who, incidentally, wasn't as big a tool as you are, and so I didn't really mind arguing with him) had me elaborate on my position about what skiing should be in a more general sense to determine if I was coming down on park skiers. As it turns out, I'm not.

Ar6 is wrong. Just wrong. Yes many members of this site are mainly strong park skiers, because they simply don't have means to ski BC and big mountain everyday. But that dosen't mean there any less smart or stupid on the topic. They know what skins and touring bindings are. Newschoolers is a place were well-roundedness outside of the park is preached, and loved. Just because kids in the midwest and east don't ski BC, dosen't mean we all have less respect or knowledge on it. People love to see it and have a huge love and respect for it.

What you should be saying it that the ANT Pro is a ski thats *not useful* to 90% of the skiers on this site, because its a true backcountry ski. Not because there too stupid to own and ski it, but because they wouldn't need it for the conditions they ride.

But also, skiing in NY is nothing compared to Mammoth and Utah and all that. It just a diffrent style. Ar6 you seemed to be "attacking" EC and midwest guys by calling them not well rounded skiers, or at least not appreciative of well-rounded skiers. Thats not the case.

I'm not talking sides here, with you or skogenjake. Just stating some opinions.

It doesn't have anything to do with locations, it has to do with being immersed in the sport. That usually leads to understanding all aspects of it. I've already said this... what I will say now is not only is the Ant not useful to most of the people on this site, but it's barely usable at all for most of them. The term "Too much ski for most people" comes into play here in force. If you could handle last year's Atomic Big Daddy, plates, weight and all, you might have a case. This is what I meant by a "real" big mountain ski for real skiers, initially... although I wasn't being entirely serious at the time, there was truth in it. These aren't like blue noodles; not everyone can put them to good use, regardless of the terrain they're on.

 
Understood and agreed. But I'm not buying ANT anyways, I live in NY and ski VT, I'm buying some ar5 and mabey MSP's
