Hey guys, so I know this has been posted a lot but I'm struggling to decide whether to get a glidecam hd 4000 or hd 2000. Set up is as follows: t2i, battery grip, canon 70-200 f/4, tamron 17-50, rode video mic. Any suggestions will be appreciated! Thanks!

i just got the dna 50/50 and i must say i am very impressed, at 150$ less than the hd200 it is a steal. I would def check it out

yeah, it is very high quality and came with a nice carrying case. I have tested it out and got pretty good results, however it was also my first time using a glide cam so i cant compare to the hd series. For 150$ less tho it is definitely worth it.

well the 50/50 has 0 flaws and i know the hd2000 is great as well from all the reviews and what people say, therefore the only difference is the price and obviously 350$ is better than 500$

The weildy's not bad... but if you really are on the cheap, the flycam works totally fine with my T2i's, and costs like 150.

Unless you're going to put anything particularly massive on your stabilizer, there's really not a whole huge reason to spend a bunch of money. I've snagged some pretty killer shots with the 150$ flycam, and have shot a bunch of weddings this year with one.

and to those who reply that they would be concerned about it breaking... I haven't broken mine yet, and if I do, it's 150 i'm out, not 500 (chances are if you break the flycam, you'd break any of them. it's plenty durable)
