Another VT Shooting

wow really hope this isnt true, that school has been put through enough the first time this happened
 
It wouldn't be posted on their facebook and turn out to be a hoax...
 
"A police officer has been shot. A potential second victim is reported at the Cage lot. Stay indoors. Secure in place."
 
Hardly surprising. There's been what? 2, 3 more sightings of "suspicious people with guns on campus" since the last time? Shit was imminent
 
it says it was early in the morning and it was only one person who shot so i dont think it is going to be as bad it might even be over
 
it was confirmed that a police officer was shot and there is a possible second victim shot in a parking lot. no news on the severity though.
 
So is it okay to make jokes about Virginia Tech and the safety of their students since the Penn State child-rape was so acceptable to joke about?
 
Yeah suspects still at large. On 5-0 radio there was just a silver VW beetle going high speeds north with something black covering the license plate. Otherwise things are quiet on campus now.
 
heard that too... and about the guy at the bus stop wearing the same clothes described.. and yeah the 2nd person killed was a student in a parking lot
 
schools are Gun Free zones where criminals know they will face little or no resistance not to mention they are massive "soft targets" tons of bodies no resistance. Seems asinine to me that despite student polls about agreeing with CCW on campus that these people literally have no way to defend themselves
 
how can someone get into a place like that with a gun when it has happened before and turned out so awful? you would think they would have tighter security like what all the airports have done
 
Wtf? Like checkpoints and a double digit group of enforcement officers? We will be living in ADSEG styled prison reality and people will still be getting killed. Get real it's time responsible adults take responsibility for their own defense it's impossible to make every place people congregate a clean zone. If you have any self respect you would embrace your rights and learn to fight back. Then get up in arms about the fact that gun free zones are magnents for crime and people deserve the right to carry on campus. Sheep
 
it was a routine traffic stop... some guy pulled out a gun and shot the police officer, there isn't a whole lot you can do to "improve security"
 
goto virgina, montgomery country, then new river valley public saftey... apparently there currently interviewing someone matching the description of the shooter who was hiding by tennis courts... if i heard it correctly... theres a lot going on

ha thats what I was thinking.. either way they are probably just pulling everyone they have together right now for a huge city wide search. its not uncommon.
 
APB: All points bulletin, in other words this is the kind of thing that you call all of the law enforcement that can get there quickly.
 
the dea is there probably because they need all the police officers they can get. they are police officers...
