Another Sweet DAY AT ALp

oh man here it comes again haha. i'm pretty sure that all of us know how it feels to ski untouched pow and if some of us don't they can imagine. and i'm guessin everyone here has been to the top of a mountain.

well, bam, just to let the snow around here is very wet, which really sucks for 2 reasons. 1 its not as fun to ski, and 2 it tends to stick better to steeper angles. so that whole notion of natural sluffing after 45 degrees is fucked. so its crappy pow skiing and it makes skiing steeper angles a tricky buisness compared to cold/dry climates like colorado and such.

Ak powder kid, going to the top Of alpenglow is not going to the top of a mountain and sking it is not sking 'untracked powder' cuze there hasent been any. You need to go turrni and find a slope of 85/ and ski it and see if it will slide? you will get more excited then when the mailman gave you that blow up man and a pack of lube.
