Hi, i just got new pair of salomon 171cm 1080s and no i didn't buy them. I got new ones with warranty since my last ones broke and they were my 1st twins, now i wouldn't buy 1080s if i had to buy new twins so don't flame me about 1080s 
Now that we have that sorted, time for my mounting guestion. Atm. they are really screwed up, they are mounted at directly at the mounting mark which is about 79cm:s from tail, which leaves me with 92cm:s of nose. So, i would say they are a 'little' bit too back since i ride mostly park and no powder since it's kinda hard to get powder where i live 
So im gonna get them center mounted, but does this mean that they should be mounted at precise lenght center? That would mean that i would need to get them moved 6,5 cm:s forward. If this isn't correct could u please fill me in with what would be correct (well, since there isn't one correct spot some where abouts) place to mount them. Thanks
