Another Go Pro question

so i used my go pro for the first time skiing yesterday but when i clipped it into the mount i noticed it wasn't snug and it wiggled around while clipped in. which when i played back the footage today it was shaky. anybody else have this problem? any ideas how to fix its? thanks

you are suppose to have a little orange or white caoutchouc (dont know in english) sling that comes with it. you need it. dont trow it in garbage. look on youtube they will tell you how to place it
