I worked for Halloween USA when I was a senior in highschool, got a bigfoot costume for $30 and i would wear it in the woods like that and try to freak people out. just walking in the distance and shooting a small glance at someone will make them shit their pants. people with cameras or video taping were a prime target. 99% sure this is just another person fucking with hikers in the woods
