Another dumb 360 thread

Ok so I'm god awful at spinning. I can flip both ways and I'm decent on jibs but spinning is definitely my weakness. Even just simple 360s and it pisses me off. Whenever I do 3s off of actual jumps I'm always like off axis and when I'm about 270 degrees into the rotation my body like completely opens up into a spread eagle and I land far backseat on only my right ski (I spin counterclockwise). My friends say that I kind of huck almost like a rodeo, so my right shoulder kind of drops and its like I'm throwing up and to the left with my arms while my shoulders are throwing down and to the left. I've worked on trying to keep my shoulders square, having pressure in the front of my boots, setting the rotation with my shoulders and head, popping at lip, and I just can't get it!!!! Is there any little tips or tricks that would hopefully fix this for me I've been working on it a lot and it's still pretty much the same!

What the first guy said. Also, don't huck it. Keep your arms at your sides and just rotate your shoulders and your head. The spin will come around almost as quickly but in a more controlled fashion. If you have a problem with staying on-axis you should try to visualize a horizontal line in front of you and try to keep your shoulders on that line.

Try sending it off a knuckle first there's less airtime to cork it out and it's easier to spot your landing once you can do that easily bring it to a jump

Do them off knuckles as said above and forward pressure in your boots. That will keep you on axsis and reduce shin bang

try on a smaller jump wont have as much airtime to do anything strange you dont want to get that down then try sending on bigger hits

make sure you are throwing the spin so you are making a 90 degree angle with the ground. If you throw it with the lip of the jump (no forward pressure in your boots and no pop) you will end up at a 120 degree angle with the landing.

Imagine your spin, and keep your head and arms level with that, even tilting your head can sometimes throw you off, or throw me off anyways
