damn it sucks to see another dui handed out to one of my buddies.

its hard not to drive drunk these days. everywhere you party in breck its only a couple of blocks home.

why can't they have a free taxi? paid for by the bars that you dish out all of your cash to?

really no point to this thread, to bad you wasted your life reading this.

if it's only a couple of blocks, walk or bike it. that makes things way more interesting too. i almost died one night when i collapsed in the middle of an intersection.

stick that in your pipe and smoke it!

he should have taken the bus instead of main street OR the back roads.

What the fuck is so hard about thinking a little before you go out.

last time i took mass transit drunk, i ended up in the ghetto...it was kinda fun

word to the wise, I guess you can get a DUI while on a bicycle too. There was a guy in NH (it was in local papers) that was riding his bicycle home from the bar drunk, because he had already lost his license to a DUI. Needless to say the cops gave him a DUI and other charges (drunk in public and whatnot) even though he was not behind the wheel. I have not heard what became of the case, but it was pretty rediculous. Hopefully the newspaper articles drew enough attention to have the case thrown out.

shit one of my friends got an DUI last night as well, bummer... kinda hard not to drive drunk around here, everything is far away from everything

don't take me for a joke, i'm no comedian. too many mental problems got me snortin' coke and smokin' weed again.

actually I guess the DUI bicycle is more common than I thought, when seeing if I could find a link to it, I came across the following for CO:

The law has changed from operating a motor vehicle to operating a vehicle.

Prosecutors are now charging "DUI Bicycle"

you can get a DUI on anything that gets you from point A to point B besides your feet, and even then they can get you for public intoxication.

guy on a horse got a DUI the other week in kentucky i think. a fucking horse.

ive hear of a guy on a lawn mower that got one too.

I Think that is complete horse shit^. I agree DUI is ridiculous and should never be excused, but someone is resisting operating amotor vehicle while impaired, and decides not to risk others safety, and rides a bike, and he still gets slapped with a DUI. Bullshit
