With that in mind:

-Her roommate knows about this as do all their female neighbors

-Every girl in your dorm probably knows

-Several girls in other dorms probably know

-The Sororities probably know

-The nerdy girls DEFINITELY know

So your chances of getting laid went down dramatically. GOOD JOB!

You should have said

Me: You're probably right, let's find out, I'm coming over in 5 minutes

She would have said two things

1)Ok

2)Make it 10

If she said ok, you were getting nothing, don't go

If she said make it 10, it means she wants to get ready, make sure she looks good, meaning you would get some

In either case, you go over, without texting anything else, and you never text back quick. You wait a few minutes to text back. You never text immediately back. You must be a freshmen too, since you live next to one. You'll pick up swagger eventually, hopefully. Now, back to 1 and 2. She says 1, you go over anyways, and feel it out. You start studying, try flirting. Nothing happens, either rape her, or fuck it, you just study and plant your seed, study another night, make plans to hang out with her again. Or 2, she wants 10 minutes. That means she is getting ready, looking nice, putting on makeup, making sure her roommate isn't around, etc. You will either get some, or fuck up so hard you won't get any, but all being your own fault.

As of now though, you fucked up the texting, which is so dumb, that you just lost any chance with her. Even when she's drunk, she doesn't seem that big of a whore, so you won't get any. Next time a girl texts you, and wants to study....STUDY, and don't send these fucked up texts. Those are texts you send to either a girl you already know, a girl that is such a big slut you know she will eat that shit up. Oh, and since you live next to her, good luck with life this year.
 
probably shouldn't answer her texts at all, but only once in a while. when you answer them she will think its special and she will think she still has a chance and will try harder to get your attention. just don't over do it on the ignoring part. gotta walk that line.

are u retarded... what makes me think you are not in college/ have no idea what you are talking about is the fact that u think that somehow this college freshman girl has some magic control over all poo-nany at this school.... he in no way ruined anything with all the other girls let alone this girl specifically the fact that she kept texting him after he made weird ass comments proves she has no self esteem, and will try and fuck her daddy issues away.... I'm guessing next time she is drunk she will hit you up to come over, and by u shitting on any chance of small talk/ lets be friends you both will know it is only to hook up...

Not knowing panda on a personal level, I don't know if I should divulge this info, but I'm pretty sure he is/was dating a very attractive foreign (french?) girl for a long time.
