no download a program called 'Babarosa Gif Animator 3.6' it lets you add all the pictures you want then save as a single animated gif file

I just used the Flash MX 2004 30 day trial, downloaded it last night. It's been a while since I used flash but it isn't that hard to figure out, and it's free anyway...
