Animated icon question

There have been a few threads on this before, but not about using Adobe ImageReady. So I made this icon in ImageReady that is animated, but how do you save it to upload as an icon? In ImageReady, you can only save it as a photoshop document, so do you do that and then something else, or do I have to export it or something?

uh, im not sure exactly with that program but im thinking that you should go something like file>export> and then choose an animated .gif and save it. Thats how i do it with flash. hopefully that helps, i dont have that program so i wouldnt exactly know.

thats not how you do it you just go file>save as optimized or somehting liek that

word the save as optimized thing works, now i just gotta make it less than 4k and i'll be dandy
