so i updated to lollipop after my phone wouldnt stop telling me to do it.

Im having some trouble with it and im wondering if anyone has done this and knows a way around these problems. Im really not liking the update

So LED notifications completely disappeared. It lights red when its charging, but thats it. Anyone know how to get this back?

My phone is now sucking thru battery. Anyway to fix that?

It keeps freezing on the unlock screen.

thats just some of the problems i can think of now

i really miss the previous version (kitkat i think it was). that worked just fine. why did they break it :(

Just use lightflow. It has all kinds of options on which apps can vibrate or not, LED color for each app, LED blink speed, and blink duration. The free version covers pretty much all major apps with notifications.

what phone do you have? look up and see if it's a problem with that select device. You might be able to revert back to the previous version, but before messing around too much I would back up your phone.

There was a battery issue with the first lollipop updateupdate. They skiped to 5.02 and the battery issue will be fixed. I have better battery life than I did on kitkat.

So you're saying DO update?

I have an LG G2 and every time I go to settings and try to check for an update it says my phone is up to date with Kit Kat 4.4.2. Anybody know how to get around this and get my phone to update to lollipop 5.02?

its a galaxy s5. i installed the light flow app but the LED still wont light up when its charging.

i had a chat with a verizon lady and has said the phone takes time to adjust to the new update, so the battery and phone speed may be slow now, but in a couple days it will get faster and the battery will be better than it was on kitkat.

as for the LED issue, she said that most apps havent updated their software to work with lollipop. so give it some time and an update will come out for the apps that will hopefully solve small issues such as the LED.

but im still not liking it. you cant change the sound to vibrate or ringer without having to unlock your phone and you cant use the IR without having to swipe down on it first
