Android 2.2 is out today!

I have the motorola droid and you have to kind of force the update if you want it today

just follow the steps here:

For the evo on sprint you can just update from your phone and I'm sure it will be like that for everything else sometime later this week

what devices are we talking about here? I've heard just the moto droid and i've also heard that it's for the Moto droid, incredible and x.

Android update rollouts are fucked, I honestly have no idea when those phones will recieve an update. I know it took my friend on the hero months to get 2.1, when my friend on the droid had it all along. Hopefully 2.2 is different

oh and also they took out tethering for the moto droid. The phone that "does" actually can't because of the hardware haha

No, you can tether, just not wirelessly. I think the droid X can do it wireless
