And this is why I love Saga.

recently I made a deal with a fellow NSer to buy a Saga jacket from him. I was debating between one from this year and one from last year, and at some point during the conversation he mentioned that he worked for Saga himself. Firstly, he offered to ship me both jackets so that I could try them on and send one back, something I myself would rarely feel comfortable doing with another NSer even with good feedback. I was amazed that he would do this simply so that I could fully enjoy whichever jacket I chose to buy.

I got what I know is an incredible deal on a brand new jacket from last years line. I was stoked to get the jacket and even more stoked on how great of a bargain it was, but lo and behold, Saga comes through big yet again. I open the package to find a Saga tee, a pair of suspenders, and the classic Saga shoelace belt along with my jacket. Unfortunately the NSer asked me to not leave him feedback because many kids on here would spam him about sending them free gear. I now see why. Regardless, I couldn't let this story go untold, even though I'm sure there are plenty of people who have experienced Saga's generosity in the past. Thanks again man, and thank you Saga. Keep it real.

A company that is defiantly leading in customer interaction and support. I honestly can't think of another company that does stuff like this. Big props to you guys!

fuck the Olympics man

underground skiing will never die

sorry saga but i hope you never become main stream for reasons such as...

They are on montaz.com (France based company), but since Saga makes a lot of crazy discounts all year round and since the dollar is weaker than the euro, I'd still say buying from Saga directly is totally worth it (depending on the discount you're getting) even considering the customs fees + shipping cost. Yeah, I did the math.

there are not that many companies out there who can offer that kind of customer satisfaction. Really stoked to hear that we have some of them in our sport as well

Just make sure to srtay under the custom limits (in germany 150€) and you're good. Ordered from saga during the 50% sale and got a tee, on deck jacket and anomie pants for a total of 150€ (shipping and everything else included). Doesn't get much better than that really...

Freeze pro shop have started stocking them in the last couple of years. they dont carry the whole line but i think theyre expanding on what they sell. They dont carry through the deals that saga do but one thing they certainly do care about is customer service.

freezeproshop is sick i wanted a on the deck this year and they didnt stock it but special ordered it in for me so just contact them if u want something they dont stock

I'm actually glad that they started selling Saga at ski shops this past season. Even my local shop sells Saga. Also, I'm satisfied with my Saga triple script tee.

I remember back in the day on here everyone came to the general consensus that Saga had shitty customer service. Seems like they've done a nice job turning that around.

As far as I remember people on here always loved Saga. Granted during their first few years I don't remember them sending out tons of freebies and what not but who would expect a business to do that when they're just getting on their feet?

Yeah there was a time when only a few people were responsible for every part of the business. This lead to some issues not getting the attention they deserved. As we've grown we have been able to hire people to handle these problems of the past.

This is literally the sickest T I've ever seen. I was so heated when I discovered this T and they were all sold out of anything smaller than XXL

There are lots or companies that have super friendly, helpful customer service and always respond to your emails/PMs super fast and are super good with warranties (on3p, bloom, trew, etc come to mind). I can't think of any companies other than saga that do this as well as hooking it up with tons of free gear as well. Props guys.

Theyre hardly burton, quicksilver or salomon though. Theyre a household name on newschoolers but i bet 1 in 50 regular recreational/weekend warrior skiers would name them in a list of outerwear brands.
