........all the kids on this site who've been part of the community since before september 2001. I'm member 235 and even though I'm no post whore, I've been active on this site for over 4 years. My addiction to NS.com has increased and receded over and over for the last few years because sometimes the subject matter on here kills me. Some, not all, newbies have killed a lot of the heart and soul of this site. It's easier most days to just let it go than join in. But after finding a nice little niche again in the media & arts forum and different photo sections, I've come to love it again. So thanks to everyone who's been around for awhile and isn't destroying this site. If you remember the days of seeing another kid with twin tips in the liftline and giving each other a headnod, then this is for you.

Im member 20-something and have been here for a while. The site itself has come a long way, but the forum content has gone downhill in the last couple years. Its weird that this stuff isn't new anymore.

i remember when if you saw another kid on twins, you guys were automatically buddies, i was pumped when i found other guys on twins. now almost every person under 20 has twins.

I'm a "second" generation, but I knew about it long before i joined and used to contribute in the old freeze smack talk forums. those were the days just before twintips when if you wanted twintips you'd either melt your skis and rivet them (to keep them from delaming) or you could buy the other tips and screw them onto your tails. ahh the good old days..

topics still remain the same though...

 
^ha, i remember that - there were always like 5 threads on just how exactly to melt your skis in an oven and curve up the tails, no joke.
