This is what our Analytics look like since 2010 (before that was in a different account which I don't have access to right now):

The spikes are winter, and the valleys are summer. With a bunch of rounding, we lose anywhere from 40%-60% of the winter traffic in the summer months, which is to be expected. I also anticipate that it will be worse this summer due to NSG effectively dying off.

That only measures the percentage of people googling literally the word "Newschoolers". You are absolutely correct, that not as many people google Newschoolers as they did in 2009, because a huge portion of the traffic finds us through social.
