An Everyday Colorado Ski

I ski mostly in summit county and I already have a powder ski (hellbents) and a park lapping ski (chronic cryptonites). On days where there isn't enough fresh for the 'bents but a few stashes in the trees what kind of ski would you all recommend? I would want to use it in the park and for some fresh in the trees was thinking something around a 100mm waist

The Viciks are badass too, if you're looking a bit more all mounted. Also, Nordica Zeros for everything.

Those zeros look sick found them online for 350. I was also thinkin about pickin up some blends found a pretty sick deal on some blends about 300, how do you think those would work?

i think the zeros would work extremely well for you. wide enough for some powder but the perfect shape for park. idk about the blends tho. they're a little more all mountain/powder oriented. if you are looking at the 2010/2011 blends i would definitely say no. they have frontal rocker and are much more all mountain/ powder. i have skied them and the park is not a place where they are at home. they work but aren't great. i would go with the zero's.

The tip and the tail are soft underfoot they have a bit more meet. I think for an all mountain ski they are pretty soft, but they have a super round flex and for how soft they are they are incredibly stable. one of the best skis ive ever been on.

I ski Summit County and I think the conditions suit my J-mos more days than any other ski I have. I have a pow ski and a park ski, but when I want to do both (almost every day) I bring out the Jeronimo. It is a fantastic choice, and a very suitable one ski quiver for those who like park and all mountain. I would describe it as a park ski that rips like an all mountain ski. Usually that means it's shitty in one of the categories, but I was pleasantly surprised that it is fairly burly and feels natural in the park.

this past year there were 2 flexes, and all mountain flex(similar to AR6s) and a park flex(think anthems). they are quite light for how stable they are, thanks in part to the bambo core

I looked at ON3P's website (at the 2011 model) and they have a 181 and a 171 length. Do the different lengths have different flexes? I prefer a flexible ski and would probably go for the 171 because I hear they run longer like k2s

this is correct, and you also need to factor in the tip/tail rocker. if you are 5'8" or taller, go for the 181s. the flex will be the same on both

K2 Kung Fujas, Line Blend, ON3P Jeronimos, probably others, but those 3 are basically all the same.

Especially if you get them with schizios. Park - Center, Pow - All the way back. I've ridden in some decently deep pow with these and they manage to float. And they are stable on larger jumps.
