An Epic Disappointment

A sad announcement in the Vail Resorts Community.

After a small fire spread around the North Peak zone of Keystone Resort(thankfully no damage) we now also have to announce that our Breckenridge property will be closing this weekend on May 15th due to deteriorating snow conditions. This means that May 15th will be the last day of our Colorado ski season. Here’s to next year and we all hope that you will join us by purchasing an Epic Pass. I’m told a man by the name of eheath is a big fan of our Park City property. I hope we will see you again next season!

Good logical move vail! If keystone suffered some minor fire damage, it would be crazy to continue operations at breck, way too dangerous and the fire clearly melted all the snow. What would we do without such intelligent industry leaders that care more about the customers than the profit!
