Amway "Multi-level Marketing" (Pyramid) Scheme

Self explanatory. What do you guys think of Amway, and it's multi-level marketing scheme which is based on a pyramid scheme. I've done some research and am looking to write an article about amway for my school newspaper because some students are involved in it. Just looking to see what you guys think. (general population... sorta)

Multiple-level marketing =/= pyramid scheme unless your only education is geometry

It's not exactly a pyrmaid scheme true but it is based on that concept.

It's not exactly a pyramid scheme but it is based on a similar business model. Only real difference is that a multi-level marketing scheme usually has a product associated with it. For example for Amway it is Nutrilite, Artistry, Satinique and others.
