Amrada ant

i'm looking to get a stiffer ski this year and was really thinking about something like the armada ant, but im trying to look at some other options before i buy. So, what skis would be similar to the ANT?

the moment M1 is really really simillar. stiff and long. (yeah i know) then salomon has the long stiff ski called the LAB or something.. it was black this year. (oh god)

where do you ski??? because it's not really worth spending in it on the Ant, if you aren't skiing the right conditions. The guy above me gave a perfect example of another ski similar to the Ant. Unless you got a quiver it's not worth it, because you can't ski it in all conditions.

whatever i buy, it will be to fill in my quiver. i already have some beater park/rock skis, fujis, and a powder/park ski, both of these are pretty soft, and i'm a big guy, 6'1" 205, and i feel like a stiffer ski would be better for me, especially something like the ANT, because i don't make many turns on my way down. btw, i ski eastern washington and schweitzer regularly and take a few trips each year to other places, whistler, red mountain, and plan on riding jackson hole this year

I have the JJs like you and a pair of ANTs on the way. It may seem like overlap to some people but they are really different skis, so im happy with it. I'll give you the list of options I had when I bought the ANTs, I only decided on them because they came up at a really good price.

It was pretty much down to:

ANT
M1
Mojo 105
Legend Pro
Gotamas

If you are going to pay retail somewhere, I would go with the M1s no question. Some of the others can be found cheaper right now online though if you do some shopping.
