2 weeks ago I went to Outdoor school Camp with my grade.My teacher was in a Field talking to his Girlfriend at 11:30 pm, my friend and I were suspicious so we flashed a flaslight in the eyes of my teacher and they were closed. We Burst out laughing I said 'His having phone sex'. So the Next Day I went around and told EVERYONE in my grade what happened last night. I said to them 'on the count of 3 we'll say MR. i just bought SSX 3 yesterday,and yeah,some aspects of it are A LITTLE farfetched (being able to do 2640 rodeos with five grabs) but it's the best snowboard game I've played,better than Amped 1. Amped lacked the feel of the sport to me,then again maybe it's just me. I really believe Amped 2 will take the cake in realism and long life,though.

I have SSX2... its fucking dumb. You can do so much retarded stupid shit, like a 1800 while spinning the board around your head and doing like rediculous grabs. There is only one good level too (Garibaldi), everything else is like an obsticle course.

I am going to play Amped2 at my cousin's house in an hour.

Wow, sick game. I don't like the war the grab system is setup, but thats probably because I am used to the SSX system. I love the jib system, though we can't seem to spin on the rail. I wish there was a 'real' session mode where you could just hit the same jump, rail, tree, box, whatever over and over. Maybe play a game of horse on it.

I hate how you have to use the joystick instead of the D-pad, I can't get used to it, and find my grabs are always wrong.... nosepresses and floaty 180's.... anyone tried it Live yet?

what a fucking disappointment.....yeah the new shit is cool but the fucking control layout is fucking WHACK. unless you're used to grabbing with the right thumbstick (optional in amped 1) it is really fucking a pain in the ass to get used to. i guess they wanted you to never play amped 1 again since they changed the controls so much. i thought the originals controls were totally perfect, and now they make the x button obsolete, and the y button is a fucking liptrick (good idea in theory but how much are you actually going to use it?). and they reversed the railslide controls, which is seriously going to take me weeks to get used to. (i played all night and still half the time i went to spin on the rail with the dpad and immediately fell off.) the style idea is cool, but grabbing while doing style spins/flips is just so fucking awkward.

bottom line, i hope this game will piss me off less once i've played it for a while. all the new stuff is cool, but the fucking control setup is just stupid - if it isn't broke, don't fucking fix it

Strode420, totally my argument too... Everytime I get on a rail I basically crash... We'll get used to it. I hate steering with the fuckin joystick too, pain in the ass....

i think that once we master the controls it will be the shit.....but that will take weeks, or maybe months.....the snowskate is cool shit too, and so is the photoshoot.

ok i had the same opinion as most people on here... i didnt like the way they changed the grabs and the fact you cant use the pad anymore....but after palying for a week its Alot fucking better, you have total control or everything ie. speed of rotation and style of course. to those who are having a hard time getting used to the controls...give it a couple more days you will get used to it. I'm ranked 50th in the world now..

yeah i just got and right now im likeing the first one better. but ive only played for like 5 minutes cause of this gay research paper that ihave had no time to do but it is growing on me a little. how do u snowskate? do u have to unlock certain levels casue so far i cant figure that out.

so now that i've played it for a week and i'm ranked #1 (yes i'm a dork) i can say that this game is really cool. yes it took a while to get used to the controls but once you do you realize that you have soooo much control over your rider dude. this game is way more technical than the first, and getting high scores is way harder since they totally jew you on media points.

all i have left now is the 'legend' courses, which are fucking rediculous hard (only one i beat was breck's which is get 500k points on a super short run) and i still have to get a bunch of snowmen, gaps, and a few tricks.

yeah I'm 8th in the world now but i've been slacking on playing it here lately with the exception of last night. Yeah you do getted jacked on media points for sure. The last level (superpark 7) is dope, too short but cool. The game seemed a bit too short but its alot harder than the first

I saw a review of it on a TV show,and it really looked like shit compared to SSX. They only gave it a 6,which looked right. The graphics looked like dick,and boarder looked too stiff for controls.

im still ranked like 86th....some of the fuckin pro 3 things on the later levels are fuckin hard...i swear some of them i have tried 80 times and i always choke at the end
