I watch American Netflix on my iPad in Europe using a VPN app. The apps make it look like im in the US so Netflix and other other apps with copy right issues work like spotify or pandora. Im assuming there are similar programs for computers.

OP download this and run it. It will slow the rest of your internet activity down while your connected, but once you connect, and then go to netflix it takes you to the american netflix.
