I know a bunch of newschooler's really enjoyed American Horror Story, and tomorrow night the new season starts. Looks way more intense than last.

Never seen the first season but I saw the ad for it yesterday on TV and was like:

But judging by what you said maybe it's worth watching?
 
I only watch comedy TV shows, American horror story though is a show all watch even though it doesn't make me laugh that show is so fantastically well done.
 
Can't tell if this is the official thread or not, but im gonna bump this because his season is incredibly fucked up and awesome.
 
can't wait to see how all of this chaos is finally brought together. i mean zombies in the woods, aliens injecting things into peoples necks, Satan possessing nuns, scientist killing prostitutes, and that crazy bloody face guy who is haunting the asylum in present day. i mean fuck.

if the show wasn't so brilliantly written and the acting spot on, I would have deemed the plot of the show to way ridiculous, and discontinued to watch after the first episode.
 
This season is about 5x more uncomfortable to watch because of the rapey parts and subject matter in general. I'm all about exorcisms and possession films so the aspect of the once innocent nun becoming the background villain is awesome. It should be interesting to see how they tie everything together in the end though, they have a bunch going on.

 
Is it that good? Because I watch the first episode and I wasn't really that into it, I just really never watch another episode since then.

I'd say give it 2 more episodes and you should be hooked. If not, oh well, the story is a bit fantastical, but enjoyable for sure.
 
So was that a prostitute the doctor hired? Because at first it showed the nun but later it showed a prostitute

how is this season compared to the first? I just finished the first one and loved it. I normally dont like scary or horror movies at all but this show was so well done that i couldnt stop watching
 
damn, the first one almost had too much. Ive always been a pussy about watching this kinda shit alone at night ever since the ring. thanks for the heads up tho!
 
This season was so much better than the last. Every single episode was so unreal, very refreshing considering I never find myself watching any tv series anymore
 
No why would I watch tv on the Internet when I have a huge tv screen to watch it on instead
 
Just watched both seasons over the last week. This show is unreal, completely fucked up. Its also intriguing how season one and two were so different from each other. I thought I had more catching up to do, but season 3 isn't til Oct. I'm hooked for sure, and I usually stray away from horror and gore.

In season two, the episode that started off with the santa, my friends daughter was in the opening scene. Her first real acting gig, pretty sweet.
