I know eheath is already doing 5 q's with, but it would be cool for skiers that he can't get to, or just want to, to do AMAs, like reddit.

they have a scheduled time, make a thread for it, have it be sticky'd for the scheduled time, etc. I think it'd be kind of cool, that that way there would be more questions.

just a thought.
 
I fucking wish nsradio was back up, never got a chance to hear it, sounds like it'd be awesome, why was it stopped?

&This would be cool if people did livestreams as well.
 
This so much. Would be cool to have live skypes with some interesting members of this site and stuff to. Sklar, BWalmer, Onenerdykid, so many others that I'm not even going to make a list. Would be sick to have some NS gear talk 'classes' n shit to. Help people with some tech and whatnot...

And livestreams? Like what kind of livestreams? I know a few people have told my buddy to put up a webcam in the yard setup of his:

Would be pretty fun if we could get that going but we're all too cheap and unmotivated to put one up (would need a few actually...) and I don't even know how the quality would be as we ride at night under the lights.

I would be game to livestream a ski layup sometime, but that's like 45 minutes worth of work, and not a whole lot happens in that time.
 
Nsradio was the balls. Definitely one of the best things this site has ever had, though be it a bit shortsighted the way things were handled. (in my opinion at leas)

I believe the reason it was stopped was the fact that it would broadcast music that they didn't have the rights to play or something similar.
 
Yep, that is it. Basically it was just a pet project of mine never properly planned out or anything. I knew some skiers, liked to play music and enjoyed talking... so I threw it together and just went for it.

When we got to a certain point of growth (and after we sold NS and had to get things properly organized) they pointed out we couldn't just stream music.

I had planned to bring it back as a talk-only thing, but life simply got the best of me.

What you guys should do is start pressuring Schmuck to do this. He knows way more people than me now and would be a ton more appropriate.

 
I'm still going first. Streaming phone interview with the one and only...AR6rider! Ratings will be through the roof.
 
would be so sick. i remember listening to it in my dormroom when i was first getting into newschoolers. it was really neat
