im sitting in florida right now, out by my cousins pool. its 80 out bluebird. sitting with an iced tea and my goggles on (working on a base tan because im headed to utah in a few days) and im talking to my friends at home (boston area) and they have 1-2 feet of snow. and im envious. im in ideal weather for 99% of the population and yet id much rather be home.
 
NO not at all, not in anyway are you weird, if my hometown got that much snow I would be so anxious to get home.
 
well im heading to utah from florida, absolutely dope trip, best of both worlds, its like my last years birthday/christmas/this years birthday/christmas present
 
No you're not weird, But you are a cheater. get your goggle tan from skiing, not from tanning in florida you freaking cheater.
 
that is fucking awesome i am so jealousgood luck with the goggle tan here in montreal we havent had enough sunny ski days for mine to even start and if youre going to utah i would be slightly less jealous of your home mountain's snow

wierd dude im in florida too right now getting the most disgusting goggle tan in the universe. the surfing is garbage too. nothing to do but tan the lower part of my face
 
barrier islands/reefs ruin florida....

i was down in FT lauderdale over thanksgiving and there was a PERFECT ec sandbar about 2 laps off the shore.

shoulder to over head swells would have KILLED it.

but there were freaking footwaters ALL WEEK LONG.

it even stormed a few times. but still nothing

i miss zuma so badly right now...
 
^ yea im in juno. today was ok, just storm swell, shitty wind really choppy and it washed out by 2.still fun as hell though, wore my ski gogs surfing (theyr old ones so nbd) people thought i was retarted
 
i just went surfing for my first time, shits kinda dope the surf was wicked big and i got thrashed but it was solid over in palm beach.
 
i have some oakley H2O frames.

they are so dope.

i use them for night skiing sometimes, but if you are hiking the park they can get fogged...

 
naw im in CA right now working, its 78 and sunny out and id kill to be back home shredding the hill in the 18 degree weather.

i would be the same way, but go out and enjoy it, east coast is never wat it looks like, it might be alright now, but your going to utah which will be 100000 times better, and you have a whole season ahead of you, enjoy florida while you can
 
fucking lame bro, seriously whats the point of getting a goggle tan if you're gonna get it from florida? i mean i guess its sorta bragging rights? its sorta unavoidable here in utah so i see why you want to get it cuz it shows you ski a ton, but it just seems like your completely dick riding someone who actually gets it from skiing????
 
nah, heres how i thought of it. so i wanted to enjoy utah as much as i possibly could. it is inevitable that i will get a goggle tan///burn there and i didnt want it to be a burn because that would take away from my pleasure there. how can i avoid this? get a base tan to start off so that i dont burn my lower face out in utah. i dunno it made sense to me
 
well since your going to UTAH after FLORIDA then i dont think you have anything to be envious about. you can go enjoy the sun then go and ski. best of both worlds.

and the goggle tan in florida is just plain weird
 
sun screen will make it possible to avoid the pain of sun burn.... google tans are cool and all but mine usually get so bad that people start to comment that it looks like my face is dirty.
 
i felt the same way last year when my family went to Florida for christmas break. i was depressed, this year i am dedicating my whole entire break to shredding with my crew
 
i transferred to CU boulder! i'm riding breck/keystone/vail this year so cooome on out and shred! i'm home for break though so i might make it to loon
