Am i the only who goes onto rails from the left?

I do. I’m also regular footed on any other board sport… I don’t get it but it feels right having my right foot back.

feels like i am plus park crew always puts the rails on the left so u can only go on from the right

Lefty gang.

I do everything right handed/footed other than kicking a soccer ball and hitting rails. Tf type of ambidextrousness do I got going on.

I do for lip blind tru.

But honestly I am right foot forward and love going lip on, if I am not doing a trick it just makes me feel good for not doing nothing.

Right handed but I grind left foot forward, spin right too. Idk where I learned right spins cuz all my friends growing up spun left lol

Same same. I dunno if it’s from growing up skateboarding being used to my right foot in the back on 50/50’s that I just associate it with how it should feel on skis or what.. can’t spin left to save my life.

My favorite is when there is a nice rail that only has a lip on the right side and I can tell all my leftie friends to suck it

i use to spin left before but for some reason it changed this season after getting a concussion lmao

I used to skip every feature that didn’t have a lip on the right, but then I learned how to lip, hit switch, and slide left foot forward (we are talking 10+ years ago). It got to the point where I’d rather figure out how to hit a feature than skip it every run just because it was set up differently.

im pretty comfortable sliding rails both ways, it took a lot of practice over the years but even doing an unnatural straight slide feels like a banger for me these days.

People that slide rails right foot forward, but don't snowboard or skate goofy make no sense to me.

I don't care if you naturally spin left, you are turning 90 degrees, it shouldn't have any affect on which foot forward is more comfortable.

I slide rails right foot forward, surf and skate goofy, snowboard and wakeboard regular. Cant do any the opposite way tho

Where the fuck you skiing that there is only a lap on one side of the rails?

I do kinda like seeing places do 2 down rails in a row with a lip on one side of each. But that's kind of a novelty.

And yeah my thoughts exactly

Oh my god other people exist. Im right handed, ride regular, right eye dominant (if that matters) but left foot forward feels so much better
