Am I over reacting?

Back Story:

I'm studying Architecture in Denmark and I am living on campus. I got a new flatmate at the start of the semester we will call him Aline. First week in of the semester my new roommate starts smoking inside the flat. I tell him to stop but he keeps smoking inside (basically a big fuck you cunt right to my face), so I go to the people who are in charge of the student housing and file a complaint. They come by the flat and give him a warring but he does it again he will get kicked out.

The following week he tells me he is having a friend stay with him for a couple days till he finds a place to stay. I say its cool. Fast forward a month and the friend is still camped in the flat. I have told Aline and the friend that the camping out is not cool anymore because I still have to pay for utilities which is divided between me and Aline but with the friend camping out I am essentially paying for the friend to camp out.

This past week the two of them have started smoking in the flat and its not just a couple of cigarettes it's basically a full pack each. I lost my shit at both of them on Friday and told them to stop. To which they responded with La dracu ' de which I was told was fuck off.

I feel that I have been reasonable and patient up until now, but I am so over dealing with it that the best option is to get him kicked out.

I'm asking NS if I need to chill out and stop overreacting or if I should file another complaint and get him kicked out?
 
The fact that knows he is doing something inconsiderate and still does it is telling in itself. Get his ass kicked out for his own sake. People these days need to learn some respect.
 
Hell no, you are potentially putting yourself at risk for getting in trouble as well by basically having an extra tenant in your flat.

And cig smoke is disgusting.
 
Nobody likes second hand smoke (unless you're hot boxing) and nobody likes living with a leech.

Tell your room mate to stop being a cunt and smoking inside and then tell his gypsy friend to get either chip in for the bills or get fucked.
 
So I complained to the student housing people this morning. They went to the flat and gave this cunt a warning... I think I have to take matters into my own hands and get him to submit. My best idea so far is to feed him his teeth. But I'm open to suggestions.
 
weed smoking should be cool but since its darts heres your solution. steal all his smokes that way you can make money to pay for his dead beat friend to live with you guys. better solution just move off campus.

another great prank is to put something that looks like cum(or it can be actual cum depending on how far you want to take it) on his door knob or all over his floor. Also sauce packets folded in half under the toilet seat is a great one(just make sure you don't end up pranking yourself).
 
I assume you would know better, but just to make sure.. I'd stash everything of utmost importance at a friends place if you are going to go down the prank aka make his life a living hell route. Two people with nothing better to do all day could put a hell of a lot of effort into making your life far worse of a living hell. Just saying. If you're gonna use a gun on someone, you had better be ready to actually pull the trigger or shit could go very south for you
 
Tell him to buy an ecig if he wants to smoke inside. At least then it won't stink like assholes.

If he still does it then Proceed as follows:

Get the cheapest shittiest womans perfume you can find and dump it all over his clothes. If he brings it up be like "Oh you don't like your shit stinking? neither do I" or empty an entire canister of fabreze(air freshener) in his room (assuming you have separate rooms).
 
Assert your dominance by peeing in his bed, his backpack, and finally, his girlfriend's butt

Update. Its really anticlimactic but I just moved to a different room.

But the good news is that the guy got expelled last week for bringing a big machete onto campus and starting some shit with one of the caretakers.

Karma is a bitch tho. Homeboy got what he deserved
