i had a pair of old armada's that i tore up real good.
by the end of their life, i was putting holes thru the bindings and trying to pin the ski back together with nuts and bolts i think... they were something you might just find in a junkyard by the time i moved on.
if you just don't give a fuck about the skis anymore, then you could experiment with your own techniques on how to get the glue to hold that shit back together.
i'm not recommending this by any means, but as an example. grab your handy cordless drill and put a nice bit on the end (maybe the diameter of a pencil). drill a few holes directly thru the ski near the edge where things are splitting apart. if the wood is exposed, you can use a wood glue to start getting the fibers to all bond back together. mix that wood glue with a little bit of water, then you can be sure to saturate the wood. (wood glue bonds wood to itself to a point that it is just as strong, basically). make sure you let that dry completely. completely dry.
now, fill those holes you drilled full of epoxy and let those boys cure for the next day or two.
if the metal edge is cracked and poking out of the ski, this is a little tougher to get back into place. if you're in a pinch and don't have tools, just clip the off the pieces that's poking out with some wire cutters and pretend like you're on a pair of BDOG edgeless. otherwise, you can try a technique (i've never tried this) and use a nail gun to shoot narrow diameter pins up thru base and into the edges inner lipp into the core and thru the top-sheet, creating a in many ways flawless edge repair... hope that helps...
