So stand up and stick your right leg in front of you .

Grab your right heel with your left hand. You should be standing more or less upright with your right knee bent 90ish degrees and your right calf just in front of your left thigh. This should be really easy.

Now, while still holding your heel, jump off your left leg, bring your left foot up and through the loop created by your left hand and right foot, and land with your hand still holding your heel, but your left hand and right foot should be connected behind you.

Dont hunch over either, it doesn't work and looks goofy.

How many of you guys can do this?
 
put your right ankle in your right hand. Keep it that way, now bend with your left leg and touch your right knee to the ground and stand back up still holding your ankle.
about half the skiers/ dancers i know can do it... but anyone else, its near impossible.

I don't have any more good ones, feel free to post your own.

Try jumping up stairs two at a time on one foot.

Try doing it going down the stairs.

Try doing the very first challenge on the other leg.
