Alright, I give up, I need help!

Im trying to download a flash video off the internet, and everything I have tried thus far has failed.

I can't use one of those sites that you just input the link, because they always say no video files found. Can anyone here help me get this video in a .mov/.avi?

open the page in safari
window-->activity, then scroll down, you will see a file that is the size of the movie (141 mb). double click and it will start the download
 
fuck Im an idiot, Ive been trying this, but failed to notice the little arrow on the side that opened up all the files..

wow. -k to me!
