Alpines park this year......

What do you guys think?

I was really liking the weekend lapability of having the park where it was, there was never a crowd in the park even on the busiest days....

Is it gonna be NSTARish now or dope?
 
I don't think so, although I have talked to quite a few people who are switching to Alpine from N* this year. I hope the extended park makes up for any added riders so you will not notice a difference.
 
The only thing Im not stoked about is the weekend chair line, it was so nice being on our own on the old double, plus it was the perfect amount of time on the chair to slam a brew.
 
I don't do much brew slamming when I'm skiing park...and the extra time in the summit line will simply give people more time to jock the hell out of my outfit(s). So i'm not too worried.
 
its good cause Ill get more acareage and time to claim on n00bs such as skimack who ar total gaper park rats. latterrrr
 
Well, I have to say the park will be way better. $8,000 in new rails. Top to bottom, mile long park. Six to seven jumps in a row leading into a superpipe. Can't argue with that. Even though some people aren't supporting it, it will be the biggest step Alpine has taken towards park.

Yeah, we are going to bring back the superpipe at the end of the park. It's planned to be directly under Summit six on low blue. IF we get some backing, we will dominate the tahoe park scene.

 
Transworld just voted Northstar as #4 on the best park list. I'd like to think we could beat that next year.

I've been told we're way better than the Star. So, I guess we should be #3 at least.

 
Everyone email that address saying you support terrain park improvements at Alpine, and that goes for all you non-posters lurking out there as well.
 
So whats going to be on kangaroo? beginer area? BTW the mile long park sounds sick, and I would pick alpne over flat star any day.
 
OMFG!!! I'm so like totally writing an e-mail right now...and here I was thinking alpine just simply didn't have room for a super pipe. Silly me!

word.  8k isn't all that much, and alpine is pretty light on rails, but at least it's a step in the right direction and the new park sounds all in all really sick.
 
YA!!! alpine sucks, you should all go to northstar. ahhahahahahahah, uh i sent my email. I think alpines park was dope last year so this year should be way sick. As long as the jumps are as big or bigger than last year. 100!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
