If any of you live in the PNW dont go to these shops!!! So the story here being a friend just took a custom pair of Moment Bibbys to them and they fucked up mounting the bindings. So they moved them forward and told him they were going to do him a FAVOR and give him the mount for free. They wouldnt get him new skis, not that they could since they are a custom pressed pair of skis. And on top of that they laughed at the fact that they would replace or give him cash for ruining a brand new pair of skis.
 
Fuck that. Give me some emails websites and phone numbers and I will see what I can do when im bored~
 
yeah ive never really liked alpine experience and oly outfitters used to be sick.

but then they like joined together now they both suckk.
 
I agreed...Alpine and Oly Outfitters are not that great. Their staff are really un-educated about the products they're selling and have a difficult time answering even basic questions. If you live in Oly it is SO worth the trip to head up to Evo in Seattle.
 
If I'm ever down there I'll make sure I don't go to those shops.

Haha, Wales. They got owned. If there was ever anyone there in the first place haha.
 
hm..... is he sure he asked for center mount?

cause ive never had problems at either stores and i used to use them alot

just got my new park skis mounted at Alpine and they did a supurb job

Second double mount I've had done there. Partially my fault for returning, but my issue is how they refuse to stand behind their work. Owner tried to play it off like it wasn't a big deal. It was more the owner's response that got me - less the fuck up. People screw up from time to time - being a rude hard nose with no interest in customer satisfaction got me. Plus he is repeatedly personally offensive.

Place doesn't deserve my (or your) business.
