So i search bar and all i got is millions of threads on alpha 1 vs. alpha 2.

I recently ripped the edge out of my rossi s3 so im looking for a actual park ski that can hold up on rails. Will the alpha 2 hold up with hitting a lot of rails??

PLEASE DO NOT RECOMMEND AFTERBANGS i dont want em

I can't really tell you about long term durability as I've only had them for 3 months, but I have been impressed with them so far. I have skiied them harder than I ever did on my chronics and have found the bases and top sheets to be far more durable. The only issue I have had is a small part of the edge pulling out in the very tip when I had a run in with a wall ride. It was only about an inch long so a little epoxy and a clamp did the trick. Overall I have been decently impressed by them.

one of my friends has em and he loves em more than anything. he says they hold up to about anything you put em through. hes had em all season and tehy still look new, hes had to patch the base once from hitting a rock, but thats it.

yeah i have a friend with a pair and they are the exact same way. he loves them to. deffinatly a bomb ski. but just fyi with a ton of rail use any ski is going to break eventually.
