Sooo Ive never been to Alpental and with Stevens closed I need my ski fix. I was wondering if anyone was heading up from UW/Seattle area that I could catch a ride with plus maybe show me around the bc a bit. Anyways if I cant catch a ride I can drive myself... and meet someone on the mountain, but Id rather go with someone else and split the gas. Looks like its going to be good, unless its slushy, that would suck, but im optimistic~

I'll be at alpy on saturday in a blue hoodie and blu t-shirt or a black and red helly hansen. Green hat

someone show me around the backcountry i never ski there

they do have a backcountry pass. alpy patrol MAY be checking knowing theres gonna be people from all over. its similar to the whole park pass scheme but implemented before kenny went overshooting.

I guess ill wake up and see if it snowed, if it doesnt then no alpental, thanks for the update though~

one of you whores better show me around the bc otherwise ill sue alpental because I did half a front flip off of a 200 ft cliff ; )~

haha yeah.. i wanna ski some park tomorrow so im being a negative nancy, i want to have a good end of park for the year. But obiously its probaly gonna suck most of or at least the morning tomorrow, so if my nissan maxima can even make it up ill be at alpy for sure but sorry i dont know the BC either

Haha yeah, toyota camry here, definitely going to see about getting a subbie next year, and youve still got a couple weekends for some nice park seshes~

no last weekend was suppose to be the last days of central, and then they extended that to this weekend. Its not likely they will extend it again, especially since assuming the turn out tommorrow at central wont be so good since it will snowing quite a bit

i guess there is some time for bc booters, and rails if park crew leaves them out, or bring your own pvc rails

So I got a little side tracked on the internet and decided to create a posting macro, I found that with the way the website was set up I couldnt actually type in the body, but I could post a link, so basically yeah I can set it to loop every couple minutes and in a few weeks or something ill have 20,000 posts bwaha~

Nice shredding with everyone.

Sluff coming down onto the traverse was a bit sketch though. Not a fan.

But the snow was killer, and I'll see you all up there tomorrow.

The snow was pretty damn good up at Alpy today. I was impressed, but damn those lift lines were RIDICULOUS. Worst lines I have honestly ever seen. But I cant complain, I had a hell of a time and I hope i can be up there for the 5th.
