Almost time to slide astroturf

my set up is mount hood, where I live. but i probs wont be able to get a pass and I dont have a summer setup, post up pics of yours

Gonna try to make a reallly mellow 14 ft down urban on rail, almost flat and a 10 inch wide slight up to slight down 18 foot box

Still 10 to 20ft of snow that is at my disposal, so astroturf won't be necessary. Glaciers abound when all that shit melts.

i'm gonna have a 13' down flat rail.

building will be taking place in two weeks once i get paid.

best part is it'll be in the front yard, and i'll be able to bump music through the living room, and jam out while seshing.

Sad to see winter go, but stoked to use some of my new features I have made in shop class.

20ft down flat rail

22ft flat down flat

and plenty of fun on regular flat boxes/rails

Might post pictures later.

hope fully gettin this baby up and switch to astro

Not sure if this was to me or not, but I have two different set ups one thats higher and works for urban and another thats a lot smaller and used mostly for boxes.

aha this is the time i can laugh at all of you. i live in england so no mountains but in the summer i still have dryslopes with jumps and rails and snowdomes!

no, you still cant because our weather will be sunny and warm, meanwhile yours will still be gray and cold. not to mention i would rather shred great mtns for 8 months, than be stuck in the european equivalent of the midwest.

I live about an hour away from a glacier. Its so super nice when you dont have the oppurtunitys to go to camps.

Looks like you followed the tutorial in Build-a-Jib 101 cult. I was thinking of doing the same. What was your overall cost for the project?

im gunna do this one too but higher and a steeper drop cuz my boxes r 2 feet tall each and theres 2 10 footers so that makes a 20 foot flat box and i got a 20 foot flat barrel rail. i think im going to do a 24 foot flat down flat too. one of my favorite boxes

summer setup is gunna be ill. hopefully i learn a shit ton

haven't tried it, but i honestly don't think its worth your time and money. snow gel is a one time and done thing. much easier to use astro turf and water and add soap if necessary (which it shouldn't be if you build your setup steep enough)

I don't want to sound like a moron or anything but would medal stick if it's hot out because on spring days i always get screwd up on rails

from my personal experience, snowgel is horrible. it is very expensive when you look to cover an area for a drop in and a landing and because it is basically just little balls of gel, it gets moved very easily. what i mean by this is it will move off the drop in or landing and be useless. it does not even improve speed that much so i would say save the money and just use some good old fashion water and laundry detergent

i have a 12ft dub kink and a 8 ft flat rail and a 8 ft slanted rail. theyre all pretty short but i move them around a lot and they need to be able to fit in my car so i can drive to the rinks

nah its pretty nice at the moment has been for the last 3 weeks.
its like 23 Celsius and sunny. admittedly kinda hot for this time of year

but you still live in the midwest of europe...

though i read somewhere that british girls have the biggest breasts in the world on average. so you got that going for ya...

can you clean a 20' rail with that setup? what is it, about 6.5' tall? mine is going to look similar.

my ramp is 6 feet tall and i have 2 rails, a 16 foot tripp berl and a 14 foot 6 inch pipe, you get the speed to make it to the end but i wish i made my ramp a little taller because you halfto launch yourself into it with poles, if i did it again i would make it about 7 or 8 feet tall
