All my music/files/apps gone

my computer got messed up when the power went out and it wouldnt start up. so we took it in. we just got it back, and all my music is gone, all my documents, and most of my shit like azearus and limewire and steam. im very saddened. and it replaced the IE i like with a new one... that makes clickly noises whenever i click shit. alas, it is such a bad day

wow it shouldnt have done that but you might be able to downgrade IE, search around for the old version, or just get FIREFOX

Tools - Internet Options - Left most tab - Scroll down to Multimedia options, uncheck sounds. Or use Firefox, because thats default.
