What are some good jibby, all mountain/park skis for heavier folk? Im 6'3, a bit over 200lbs, and looking for a twin tip around 100mm, 185-188cm.

I like the Blizzard Peacemaker, but I cant find any 186s for sale, and I dont wanna pay $600 and up for a new Moment PbJ or On3p Kartel.

Line Blend, ARV 106, shreditor 102 are all fun, but a little too short and too soft. Im looking for something a bit more stable.

What else fits this bill?

If you want stable I'd go for the kartel l98 from on3p. It'll charge and jib whatever you need. I've just bought a pair of 4Frnt Vandal. Haven't been able to get them on snow yet. they look really fun. Great quality as always from 4Frnt. Should be a playful all mountain park ski.

Armada tst could be a good option. They make a 192, which I have used a little bit and they felt really stable. They have a lot of rocker in the tip but the rest of the ski is cambered, so you will get the best of both worlds. I'm 5'8 135 and they didn't feel all that intimidating as far as size.

Thats a directional ski though. I'd say pb&j or kartels.

You should look into j skis.

The allplay or vacation are pretty good all mountain / park skis.

Lazerhawk,

You know the kartel 98 in 186 is the ski for you. if that 600 hurts too much I think you may be able to find a demo kartel 98 in 186 from my boy in the midwest.

I know, I know. I just didnt love the jeffrey 114 on hard snow(loved it in soft), and am wondering if the kartel has too much rocker for hard stuff?

Thanks for all the replies. Keep em coming.

Anyone been on 188 rustler 10s?

this past year the 98's contact point was moved further back thus improving hard snow performance. The 114 is a much different ski. I ride the k98 as my DD in new england and I have no qualms on hard snow
