Alcohol and tylenol

i took a tylenol a few hours....

and now there's a big ol' bottle of vodka in the room.

whats your advice?

i'm a fan of the drink, but not like that. So that didn't help much

it won't straight up kill you, no. however, the active ingredient in advil is acetaminophen, which is VERY hard on your liver. alcohol, likewise, is hard on your liver. adding the two together is twice as bad, and will cause liver damage, but it certainly takes more than one night of advil+drinking to do so. so realistically, you'll be fine tonight, just don't make it a regular thing.
