I am sort of interested in a pair but am curious what people know about them. I know it is going to be limited as they are a relatively small company. What brands do they compare to? Are they durable. Flexible? K+ for good/helpful answers.

what is the flex like on on3p? what is the most flexible model?

Yep like Simonjks said the Jessie line which is a newly added women series will be the most flexible. They have identical construction to the men's series (a bit tighter turn radius) and they should be out some time in the coming months when they drop their 2015/2016 line up. Most of the men's skis have a medium to stiff flex so if you are looking for a slightly softer ski they may be the way to go. I personally have been riding Kartel 98'sfor the past year and am very please with them. Also note, all of ON3P's skis aside form Prester have so some degree of rocker.
