I heard that all the film segements in Alaska don't get filmed until late April and May up there?

is this true?

I've heard that spring time has less avalanches. I also know that TGR sent some skiers up to Alaska not too long ago.

 
skiing stuff like that in winter would be fuckin' crazy, that's just asking to die, they always do it in like spring and stuff coz you don't get avalanches, it's the same here, you don't go heliskiing hardly anywhere in early or mid winter, only late winter, spring and summer.
