Al servo?

I've been using mainly manual focus, but I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the auto focus mode al servo and what there opinion is on how it works for them.

I mainly shoot skiing and downhill biking.

Its continuous focus, use it. Especially if you are shooting action sports. I don't know why you would choose manual over this in most situations. I shoot a lot of sports and its great.

It can be really nice, especially when you select your focus points and have a camera that with a focus system that can track motion well.

I prefocus, or use ai servo for pretty much everything depending on the situation.
