Yo,For next season I am seriously considering the al dentes, they look extremely fun and flexy but I was also wondering if they would work in fairly deep powder or just
A little tip rocker, no tail rocker, 97-99mm underfoot... definitely not a pow ski. Sure, you'll be able to ski them in deep pow, but you won't have nearly as much fun/float as you would have on something bigger and more rockered.
Where will you be skiing them? If it's somewhere like the pnw then for I've a foot of snow they would be hard work. Only because the snow is so heavy though. If you were skiing Europe or somewhere with lighter snow they would be absolutey fine. For reference I was skiing jmo's in about 40cm of pow in Europe and they are pretty much the same style ski with some tail rocker and never had a problem. So where you ski will be the biggest factor.
I have this years versions of the ski and they work in powder and are significantly wide and the tip once you get past a foot and a half it gets a bit sticky though.
