Al Dente right for me?

Been doing a lot of research on what skis to get and I think I have decided on the Armada Al Dentes. I ski everywhere...park, trees, groomers (probably 50% park 50% everything else)...maybe pow once a year (i ski in pa but go to vt too). First of all, I know these will kill it in the park, but will they hold up well all around the mountain...bumps etc.

Also I am about 5'10 and 135ish (skinny guy), should i go for the 178's? Any help is greatly appreciated. Also if you have any other recomendations let me know.

Yeah they will be a great choice for wht your looking for. I would say they kill it all mtn more then as a pure park ski. They carve really well as they have a fairly stiff underfoot flex. The long nose rocker keeps the tips up and also make they smooth and buttery. An yeah 178 at your weight would be good. I rode the in 188 but I'm 5'11 and 170 and ski hard and very fast. Great all round ski you will love them.

I was skiing them really fast just to see if I could get them unstable and they really hold in well. Honestly one of the best all mtn jib skis ever. You can really shred on them but they were actually still fun and surprisingly nible in the park. Great skis. Enjoy them.

You're from Whistler? When in the season did you get to try them out? I went to WSSF this year and was hell-bent on demoing a pair, but never found the Armada tent.

Anyways, the fact that I never rode them isn't gonna stop me from buying them. After a ton of research, I decided that this all-mountain jib ski sounds absolutely perfect for someone like me.

^ I tried them back in feb at the buyers demo event. It was a good time to try. They was some fresh snow up top but the timing flats where the tents were was hard and icy.

And no I would not center. Just go -2.5 which I think is recommended. The big tip rocker would make them feel pretty weird centered.
