I saw the Air race in london a few years back and holy shit - live..... there is ZERO margin for error... like that guy just said - He looked the wrong way?! Wtf....

I don't understand how that plane didn't cart wheel. The wind obviously hit the water, also the fixed gear and the propeller should have caused uneven drag and destroyed that plane.

All I can say is that you could get 1,000 tries to do that again and crash every time. Lucky guy.
