I've been doing AAIII recently. I did it last year but stopped because I heard it messes up your knees pretty bad. I run about 50 miles or more a week so I figure my knees are pretty bad anyways. AAIII is supposed to improve you vertical and make your legs pretty damn strong. Anyone have any good/bad experience with this? Is it actually bad for your knees?
