Afterbang VS Mastermind

Hello

I'm getting new skis soon ish and am trying to decide between Line Afterbangs and Line Masterminds. I'm somewhat in the beginner in the park, where I will be spending almost all of my time, but because I ski in the midwest, really any ski works around the mountain. I like that the afterbangs are symmetrical and they seem to really be able to take a beating, but i've been on masterminds and i really like how light they are. I'm 5'8 180 lbs.

I'm leaning towards the afterbangs but I would like some outside opinions, i am also open to other ski recommendations.

Thanks!

check out the volkl ledge. Pretty bomb proof ski that has sidewalls and is going to be lighter than the abangs. If you look online you can find ledges for the same price point as the skis you mentioned.

I had some masterminds for the beginning of last season. I loved them until they broke. They are great for learning new tricks. If you are a beginner and dont expect to do any crazy stuff get the masterminds.

I snapped a pair of master minds Nd I'm 150 so don't get those and the a bangs I haven't heard good things about them. If ur willing to spend 100 more get the line tv skis. Durable and awesome but out of those two I would have to say the a bangs

masterminds = super fun, awesome ski for their price. i would suggest them to anyone. i just wish line gave them sintered bases those would be my go to park ski.

THIS. THIS. THIS.

I had masterminds for a couple of years and HATED THEM! The durability sucked! and i just didnt like the ski overall

I have the afterbangs and I hate them, the are slow and because they are fully wooden once you start chipping the sidewalk water gets in and makes them even heavier, they are slow and not worth in in anyway.
